Job: Trainee Graphic Designer / Website Developer

We are providing opportunities for MALE candidates to join our team as Trainees in Graphic Design and Website Development. This position is suitable for young graduates who have basic knowledge of computer operating systems, a good command of the English language, and has moderate experience using software’s such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or equivalent Opensource software’s.

The shortlisted candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside SP, who will mentor and groom them into an IT professional. They will be trained in the latest web design and development technologies (using open source software’s) and would get to understand industry standards, and client expectations. They will also have the opportunity to work on live projects, interact with clients and understand the financials involved in such projects.

Responsibilities includes:

• Assist in website design and development projects using WordPress
• Work closely with the team to create visually appealing designs and deliver project with international standards
• Participate in all areas of a project
• Develop technical skills in web design and development
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest design and development trends

Requirements

The candidate should have:

• Basic computer operating skills
• Good command of the English language
• Experience using Photo editing software like Photoshop or equivalent software
• A strong desire to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required

Remuneration

The objective of generating such a position is to help those who need help in refining their skills and get groomed to be a design professional.  The candidate would get the opportunity to work closely with SP, who in turn would guide you and motivate you to gain the needed skills to become a professional in the IT industry.

Candidates would be paid if they are able to contribute in any of our ongoing live projects.  However they wont be paid for taking part in dummy /learning assignments which would mainly be intended for training purpose.
